J.A.K. Mission and purpose is to provide excellent and ethical care to our clients. We offer RN, Homemaking, and Personal care services.

Home Health Aides - A specially trained, experienced Home Health Aide, under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse, will provide needed personal care and homemaking services such as bathing, assistance with grooming, dressing, light cleaning, light cooking or simple meal preparation.Our home care services and compassionate caregivers help older adults live independently in their own homes and continue to do all the things they love.

J.A.K. is affiliated with DODD as an Independent & Agency Provider to care for Individuals with developmental disabilities. As well as Aetna and Molina Healthcare through COA (Counseling on Aging) to provide personal care & homemaking services.
